Developed and implemented automated filtering and quality improvement on agency data-set collected over 12-month period for leading US fast food brand. Initial data-set included 60,000 broadcast, print and social media mentions. Filtering algorithms removed 28,000 irrelevant and duplicate items and automated categorization of posts.
Enterprise Social Media Measurement Integration
Data model development and prototype development for integration of media monitoring, web analytics and financial systems for national organic yougurt brand.
Analytical Model Development
Developed mathematical model to test relationship between frequency of posts, author characteristics, and post sentiment in social media conversations on three “hot topics” for national trade association. Model was developed on data set of one million posts collected by the trade association’s social media monitoring tool.
Strategic Planning
Developed business plan for division of Fortune 500 Company to support development of new social media analysis product. Resulted in successful Board presentation and funding of development efforts. Social Media Analysis product introduced 2012.
